Corporate Social Responsibility
The ERS's definition for Corporate Social Responsibility is the process of how the organization helps the Swazi society. In essence, through its CSI activities, the ERS seeks to improve the livelihood of employees, other organizations, communities and the general public. As a division, we endeavor to support the society to offer the organization good public relations and good will building opportunities. Demonstrating good corporate social responsibility is equal to good business. With careful scrutiny, focus areas were proposed for the investment and these include education programs, destitute individuals' programs as well as corporate events with themes that are relevant to the ERS mandate.
